Overpriced for what you get.

My personal opinion the cottage has really great potential. Place needs a good spring clean especially the cupboards and drawers. I would recommend instead of having two single beds but rather have one double bed. The place needs a face lift. The duvet, cushions and mattresses are old and not comfy. Place needs new curtains, new bedding. The tree that overhangs the cottage makes a lot of noise during the night when stuff from the tree plunges down on the cottage. I feel R405 per night is a bit pricey for what you get.
