Description

Somewhere Beachy is situated in Woodgrange, Hibberdene, and offers comfortable, seafront, self-catering apartments with a 180° ocean view. It is within easy reach of numerous shops, restaurants, the beaches, activities and attractions. Take note of the steep uphill to the house.

Each apartment has 2 bedrooms with their own balconies. Somewhere Beachy Unit North, has a queen-size bed in the main bedroom and 2 queen-size beds in the second bedroom as well as a sleeper couch for 2 small children in the living room. The bathroom has a bath, shower, toilet and basin.

Somewhere Beachy South's main bedroom has a queen-size bed and the second bedroom has 3 three-quarter beds (of which 2 can be converted into a king-size bed on request). There is also a sleeper couch that can be converted into a single bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and basin.

Each unit has an open-plan kitchen with a Solardom oven-microwave combination, an induction stove, double door fridge-freezer with cold water and ice making functions, coffee- and tea-making facilities, crockery and cutlery. The lounge has comfortable couches and a TV with Netflix. Please bring your own DStv decoder if you prefer to.

The living room leads to a balcony with its own private verandah if guests want to eat outside. The open-plan design ensures a spacious feel with breathtaking 180-degree ocean views.

It also has a dining area where guests can watch TV and enjoy their meals together while ships move by and whales and dolphins play in the breakers during migration (usually between May and November).

There are braai facilities on each balcony and on the ground floor with the same fantastic views.

The apartments are both on the upper level and each have their own private entrances and are accessed via a set of 15 stairs along the house.

The property has an access controlled gate and electric fence and 1 parking is available for each unit. The alarm is monitored by a 24-hour security company. There are CCTV cameras around the units to monitor outside during the evening.
