Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
Final payment must be made at least a month before intended date of arrival. Directions, alarm codes and key pick-up arrangements will not be communicated after final payment was cleared by the back.
A cleaning service can be arranged at an additional cost.
Guests must please wash their own dishes before departure. A fine may be charged for dirty dishes.
Strictly no smoking inside the unit. A penalty will be applied.
The unit is not wheelchair friendly due to stairs from the parking area to the house.
Guests should bring with their own pillows, there are a few available, and towels.
The breakage deposit payable directly to the owner, which will be paid back within 5 working days after departure if no breakages were reported.
Ugu municipality is currently experiencing water issues so please use water very sparingly.
Please note, that the accommodation is accessed via stairs, and may not be suitable for young children, the elderly, or guests with disabilities.
