South Peninsula Beach Apartment is a self-catering duplex, located in a secure complex in Fish Hoek, Cape Town. South Peninsula beach Apartment is ideally situated just a short stroll from beautiful Fish Hoek Beach and is an ideal base while exploring the southern peninsula.
This duplex apartment has 2 levels and consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom is downstairs and is furnished with a double bed; the second bedroom is a spacious loft room, and is equipped with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms have ample cupboard space. Both bathrooms have a shower, toilet and washbasin.
The fully equipped kitchen contains a fridge, a microwave, an oven and hob, a coffee machine, cutlery, crockery, and a washing machine. There is also LED lighting and a small gas stove to use during power outages. The adjacent lounge boasts a Smart TV with Netflix viewing, and free Wi-Fi. There is a small balcony with chairs, table and a weber. There is a UPS with back up power during loadshedding.
The complex also offers a communal swimming pool, and a secure parking bay inside the complex. The complex is also close to Woolworths Food, Pick 'n Pay food store, pharmacy, Clicks, coffee shops, takeaway foods and laundry facilities.
On the beach you will find restaurants to suit every taste. There is also a play park for children and a safe swimming area which has a shark exclusion net which is deployed daily weather permitting.
Wooley's Tidal Pool is only 950 metres from the apartment a lovely stroll along the new promenade. The charming and quirky suburb of Kalk Bay only 1.2 kilometres from the apartment. Where you will find Olympia Bakery for all your sweet treats, pubs, restaurants, many cafes and shops. Also, the charming Kalk Bay Harbour sells the freshest fish in the Western Cape.
