Dit was ons tweede besoek aan Southern Skies en ons het dit weereens vreeslik geniet. See-uitsig is fantasties, beddens slaap gemaklik en die skottelgoedwasser was besonders handig vir ons groep van 18! Die huis het nie 'n TV nie, maar die kinders het dit glad nie gemis nie en het heerlik op die strand of by die huis se grasperk baljaar. Daar is ook kratte met speelgoed wat die jonger klomp geniet het. Die eienaar is baie behulpsaam.

This was our second visit to Southern Skies and we enjoyed it again. Sea views are fantastic, beds comfortable, and the dishwasher was especially handy for our group of 18! The house does not have a TV, but the children did not miss it at all and had a great time on the beach or on the lawn of the house. There are also crates of toys that the younger crowd enjoyed. The owner is very helpful.

Perfek vir 'n groot familie/gesin op soek na 'n rustige wegbreekbestemming. Daar is genoeg ruimte vir almal in die woonareas en op die stoep, terwyl die kamers privaatheid bied - wanneer nodig. Perfect for a large family/family looking for a peaceful getaway destination. There is enough space for everyone in the living areas and on the veranda, while the rooms offer privacy - when needed. Beautiful place, great garden, walking distance to the beach, amazing view!

Overall a great place to stay and will definitely go back! Clean and spacious with great kitchen upstairs and simple kitchen downstairs. great lawn to relax/kids to play. The owners/managers were very helpful and accommodating. The upstairs has a decent braai area but no braai for downstairs which could be an issue if only renting the downstairs unit. Also, if renting only downstairs it seems all the cutlery and crockery ends up upstairs as this is where the main 'entertainment area' would be due to there only being braai facilities upstairs - needs to be replenished after turnarounds. Still, I would stay again for sure! Just a bit of constructive crit.
