Spacious Art Deco Flat is situated in Paarl close to Gimnasium High School and is comfortably furnished to accommodate for up to 2 people. The unit shares a solar system with the main house and is therefore not affected by load shedding.
The unit has a private entrance, and consists of a bedroom with 2 single beds that can be converted into a king-size bed, as well as a private bathroom with a shower. The bedroom also presents a TV with DStv channels. There are 2 small single bed mattresses with bedding in the apartment that can be used for children under 12, for an additional fee.
The air-conditioned open-plan living area has a kitchen that is equipped with a fridge with a freezer section, a microwave, a mini oven, Nespresso machine as well as tea-and-coffee-making facilities. Included in the price is coffee, tea, fresh milk and delicious rusks. The living area opens onto a private garden with braai facilities, and safe parking is available. Guests are also allowed to use the main house's swimming pool.
Paarl offers a variety of activities ranging from walking and cycling routes, various restaurants and wine estates, farms and cellars, and more. Attractions in the area include Butterfly World, Afrikaanse Taal Monument, the Limietberg Nature Reserve, and Paarl Mountain Nature Reserve.
