Description
Spekboom Cottage is a comfortably furnished self-catering cottage for 4 people in Newton Park, Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth).
The cosy cottage comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchen, a dining area, and a lounge. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, and the second bedroom which is partitioned off for privacy from the living area contains a bunk bed that can accommodate 2 children, or an adult and a child. The rooms share the use of a bathroom with a shower and a toilet.
The open-plan kitchenette is equipped with a 2-plate stove and oven, a microwave, and a small fridge, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities, and meals can be enjoyed at the dining table.
The lounge is equipped with a TV with selected DStv channels and Netflix, as well as Wi-Fi access, and opens onto the stoep that overlooks the garden. Undercover parking for 2 vehicles is available. There is also an inverter which will run the Wi-Fi and TV during loadshedding.
Newton Park properties are small and we need to be considerate towards our neighbours. We prefer 0 extra people on the premises especially late at night.
Spekboom Cottage is 9 km from the beach for swimming, fishing, windsurfing, and scuba diving. Guests can go mountain biking or visit the various attractions found in Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth) such as the Seaview Predator Park, Boardwalk Casino and shopping centre, the Bayworld Museum, and Splash Waterworld.
