Tranquil and beautiful.

We arrived in the mist and left in the mist. What a beautiful cottage. The grounds were immaculate and the cottage had everything we needed and more. I would definitely recommend it.

A beautiful location, in a serene place. The staff were amazing and the food awesome.

The location of the cottages and its proximity to the hotel was awesome. The lake was lovely and all of the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Tranquil and peaceful.

Cottages, dam and surroundings are a little tired and need attention. Some basic essentials lacking. As a long-time fly fisherman question the "trophy fish" claim. Didn't see a rise or fish in two full days there and half of the dam was full of weeds. Jetties, wooden gangplanks and wooden verandahs are in a bad state. Not a good fishing spot.

Absolutely loved it. Very serene, it was clean, loved that it was serviced daily (clean towels, etc.).

Value for money considering it included breakfast but since it's self-catering, it was just easier to make our own especially because breakfast isn't on-site - it's a 10 m drive (not too far)! The brown water was a huge issue!

Great stay in a beautiful place.

The place is wonderful and I would definitely visit again, however there is some maintenance required. Some of the lights don't work, one of the fans didn't switch on and some locks were a bit stuck. It just needs some TLC. I also struggled to get hold of anyone to assist with these issues.

Beautiful establishment. Had the basics, could have a bench for putting suitcases. The dirt road leading onto the property is too dark. But it's beautiful, comfortable and very quiet.

The breakfast at Brahman cafe was really great and so was the dinner. My friend and I absolutely enjoyed our stay! We will be back.

Great, just no water at a crucial time.

We never had water on-site the day of an important wedding due to bad maintenance (tanks were empty). Not ideal, but they managed to fix it half an hour before we had to leave.
