Stadium Guest House offer self-catering or B&B accommodation, ideally suited for holidaymakers and business travellers. It is located in a quiet, secure, up-market area of Green Point, 850 meters from the V&A Waterfront.
The guest house offers 2 fully equipped, self-catering studio units and 1 guest room. These include the Bay Window Studio Apartment with a balcony and the Large Balcony Studio Apartment.
The apartments have beautiful views of the sea and part of Robben Island with magnificent sunsets in winter. The Large Balcony Apartment can accommodate 2 persons at a time and comprises a queen-size bed and a double sleeper couch is also available for an additional 2 children at an additional cost.
The Bay Window Studio Apartment with balcony can also accommodate 2 guests at a time. It comprises a king-size bed which can also be converted into 2 single beds. An extra mattress and bedding are available on request at an additional rate.
The apartments are fully equipped with a 4-plate stove, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. Other features include a 50-inch TV with DStv, a hairdryer, a personal safe and music centre. The en-suite bathrooms have corner baths with an overhead shower with bathrobes and towels supplied.
Downstairs, the Mid-Level Bedroom comprises a king-size bed, which can also be converted into 2 single beds, and an en-suite bathroom with a corner spa bath, toilet and basin. This bedroom has a bar fridge, a microwave and coffee- and tea-making facilities, crockery and cutlery. The room also features air-conditioning, a 49-inch TV and music centre. The Mid-Level bedroom has its own entrance with French doors leading onto a veranda.
Remote control garage parking is available on premises and braai facilities are on the sundeck. In summer, guests can also relax in a jumbo spa bath in the garden.
Stadium Guest House in Green Point is just 450 m from the Cape Town Stadium and within walking distance to Sea Point Promenade and Cape Town’s V&A Waterfront area. The guest house is only fifteen minutes’ drive from Table Mountain cable station and popular beaches
Cape Town International Airport is a 20-minute drive from the guesthouse and affordable taxi transfers are available on request. The Cape Town International Convention Center is only 2.2 km from the guest house.
