Description
These 2 Mountain Cottages are semi-detached and both are furnished with a queen-size bed and a bathroom fitted with a shower. Children can only be accommodated in the Mountain Cottages by prior arrangement. Each cottage has its own kitchen equipped with a fridge, mini-bar, oven, and stove. Other amenities include a fireplace, hot water bottles, and linen. An inter-leading doorway connects the 2 cottages on the front patio and can be unlocked for easy access between the cottages. Our accommodation is pet-friendly to sociable and well-behaved dogs. Maximum 1 dog/pet per cottage at Luna and Gaia.

Kindly note that there is a 2 km gravel road leading up to the establishment. Guests are required to enquire about the condition of the road before arrival.

For 2 adults and 2 children over 13 please book 2 units. Children are only accommodated in the Mountain Cottages by prior arrangements.

Starry Starry Night has unfenced pools so young children must be supervised.
The swimming pool is free for guests to use during the day until 17:00. A Kol Kol wood-fired hot tub is at the communal pool and fire pit area which is a 2-minute walk from the cottages. After 17:00 guests can add a private Kolkol wood-fired hot tub experience to their booking for R195.
The first wood crate is on the house and thereafter at an additional cost per crate.
A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed by prior arrangement at Nova StarDome. A maximum of 1 dog is allowed in Mountain cottages by prior arrangement with management. These dogs must be socialised and controllable as the owners' pets also live on the premises. Dogs may not interfere with wildlife or kill animals or birds. Pets are not allowed in the swimming pool or on the furniture. Any dog waste around the homestead area and on any trails must be bagged and removed.
If complaints are received or observe continued misbehaviour in this respect they reserve the right to insist that drone use cease immediately.
Loud music is not allowed.
Do not leave any fires unattended. If you notice a fire in the veld, please alert the owners immediately and call the police.
Smoking indoors is prohibited.
This property has solar power and can power the lights and fridge-freezer.
If guests would really like the property to iron their sheets, guests can let them know and they will make arrangements.
Postponement policy: Inform us as soon as possible via email if you would like to postpone your stay. A fee may apply.
The host reserves the right to not refund card fees (transaction costs) in the case of any cancellation or situation where funds need to be reversed back to a credit card.

Nestled on a beautiful plateau, this charming and secluded geodesic unit is located separately from all the other units and boasts sweeping views of the surrounding natural landscape, mountains, and fynbos. The unit accommodates 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms that share the use of a bathroom. Each bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed while the bathroom is fitted with a shower. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, stove, and oven as well as tea-and-coffee-making facilities. A short walk up the hillside leads guests to the communal Kolkol, pool, and herb garden. Guests also have access to braai facilities. Our accommodation is pet-friendly to sociable and well-behaved dogs. Maximum 2 dogs/pets for Nova StarDome.
