This unit is located on the owner's property and comprises a bedroom with basic self-catering facilities, a lounge area and an en-suite bathroom.

The bedroom contains a queen-size bed. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, a basin, and a toilet. All bedding and towels are provided, except for swimming towels.

The self-catering facilities include a microwave, fridge, tea- and coffee-making facilities, crockery and cutlery as well as outdoor braai facilities and a wooden table with benches. Safe parking behind a sliding gate is available and there is shaded parking for as well. There is also a wall-mounted TV with OpenView channels and a DVD-player.

Stilbaai Lekkebly is within walking distance of many restaurants, convenience stores and quaint, little shops. Activities in the area include golf bowls, squash, beautiful golf courses, tennis, cycling, mountain biking, water sports, deep-sea fishing, surfing, and sailing. Other attractions include botanical gardens in Palingkloof, and nature reserves like Pauline Bohnen, the "Tuin op die Brak" for the blind, Geelkrans and Skulpiesbaai.

For the braai enthusiasts, the first bag of firewood is for free. After that, dry firewood is available for purchase on the premises at R40 per bag. There is a large milkwood tree where guests can relax and a green lawn where dogs can play.
