Stonecrop Lodge is a restful retreat on the edge of the bustling town of White River, bordering Mbombela (Nelspruit) in the Lowveld area of Mpumalanga, South Africa. Situated 42km from the Kruger National Park and 12km from the Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport, this earthy establishment offers the ideal base from where to explore the Lowveld with its many attractions. It is perfectly suited to all visitors to the Lowveld looking for a peaceful place to stay.

Accommodation consists of uniquely decorated self-catering units that each have a private entrance and are equipped with all basic amenities any guest could need for a comfortable stay. The units vary in size and levels of comfort, reflected in the difference in rate per night per unit. The flagship on offer is a two-bedroom cottage set away from the main lodge for those guests who value their privacy above all else.

The gardens surrounding the buildings are sprawled under large trees where an abundance of bird species and smaller animals like the spectacular purple-crested turaco and Natal spurfowl, bush-babies (lesser and greater) as well as tree squirrels, make use of free accommodation and meals. A splash pool and koi dam offer coolness and tranquillity on hot summer days.
