House Rules

Only 2 adults and 3 children under the age of 18 are allowed in the unit, unless otherwise arranged with the stay.
No loud music or noise is allowed.
No parties are allowed.
Guests are required to sign an indemnity form and acceptance of the house rules upon arrival.
There is a breakage deposit payable upon check-in. If guests fail to abide by the rules, the breakages deposit will be forfeited.

I. In accordance with this booking, this home is to be occupied by a maximum of 5 guests (2 adults and 3 children under 18 years of age) unless specified and agreed to by owner. A Fine of R500 per person extra will be payable if found that more than 5 guest (2 adults and 3 children under 18 years of age) have occupied the house overnight. This will be payable in cash to the property manager.
II. This is a no smoking house; if you are a smoker please do not smoke in the house. If Curtains need to be washed due to your failure to do so an fine will be subtracted from the holding deposit to cover the cost
III. No noise or load music allowed after between 20h00 and 08h00. Please consider the neighbors when playing music.
IV. Please ensure to open one window when using the indoor fireplace to prevent smoke entering the house. If Curtains need to be washed due to your failure to do so an fine will be subtracted from the holding deposit to cover the cost
V. The homeowners have expressly asked that no parties to be held at the premises as the home forms part of a residential area and that the atmosphere of the area is upheld at all times. Failure to comply will result in forfeiting holding deposit and vacation of premises.
VI. Any extra deductions will be deducted from the holding deposit.
VII. We will ensure that the property is in a highly acceptable condition upon your arrival. Please ensure to clean the property before leaving.
VIII. Check in time is 14h00 (let me know if you need earlier and I will try to arrange it) Check out time is strictly before 10h00.
IX. Should you wish to check out/vacate the property prior to above dates, the contract will remain binding for the full period, and all monies will remain payable.
