Self-catering
Rate includes KITCHEN cleaning service in the morning between 9h00 - 11h00. This service only applies for WEEKEND rentals. Cleaning of establishment will be the responsibility of guests for rentals longer than 3 days. Cleaning service is available at the guest's own cost for rentals longer than 3 days.
House Rules
The minimum renting period is as follow:
- Low season: 2 days;
- Easter holidays: 5 days;
- Christmas holidays: 12 days.
Please note we do not handle cash and credit card payments.
The balance of payment is to be paid directly into the establishment's bank account 5 days prior to arrival. Account details will be provided via email 5 days prior to arrival.
