Suikerbos is a self-catering apartment that attached to the main house with private entrance that is located in a security estate in the suburb of Garsfontein, Pretoria. Suikerbos is located just 4 km from Menlyn Maine and close to the N1-highway. It is also close to various hospitals and schools.

The unit comprises of 2 bedrooms of which 1 bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and the other with 2 single beds, both overlooking the garden. All linen, towels, and complementary shampoo, shower gel, and body lotion are provided. Extra blankets and electric blankets for each bed is available. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, a basin, and a toilet as well as a washing machine.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, stove, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave and a breakfast nook with stools.

The lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a TV with DStv premium channels. There is also uncapped fiber Wi-Fi available, air-conditioning and security windows.

The unit shares a motor entrance with the main house but has its own dedicated parking space. No trailers allowed unless prior arrangement.
