Very pleasant.

They were extremely helpful by fetching me at the airport clinic after I fell ill. They served whole fig jam for breakfast. What a lovely and original idea. I could write my enquiries in Afrikaans, my mother tongue. They do understand Afrikaans. The response was in English.
