Description
Great for a couple on a romantic getaway, the open-plan studio is furnished with a queen-size bed, has a sea view and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, a shower, and a toilet. For convenience, linen and bath towels are provided, and guests please need to bring their own beach towels. The kitchenette is equipped with a 2-plate gas stove, a microwave, a fridge, as well as tea-and-coffee-making facilities, and meals can be enjoyed at the dining table. The studio opens onto a private patio with undercover braai facilities and overlooks Walker Bay ocean and the mountains. There is a designated parking space on the premises, next to Penguin unit. There are free WiFi and full DStv.

Please respect the accommodation and other guests.
A refundable breakage deposit must be paid prior to arrival. It will be refunded via EFT within 48 hours after the house is cleaned and everything is found to be in order. If there is any damage during guests' stay, the owner must be informed about it upon departure. If there is damage, the value of the damage will be deducted from the breakage deposit before it is refunded via EFT.
Guests are asked to leave the house in reasonable condition and wash their dirty dishes in the dishwasher (if they have booked Whale Manor or Dolphin Garden Suite). All remaining dishes must be washed or placed in the dishwasher. Guests who have booked the Penguin Studio Flat are kindly requested to wash their own dishes. If the units are not left in a reasonably tidy state, additional costs will be charged.

Description
This suite is dog-friendly and has a fences garden. Comfortably furnished for 4, the suite comprises 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom has an ocean view, is furnished with a queen-size bed, and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, basin and a toilet. The second bedroom contains 2 good quality single beds, which can be converted into a king-size bed, and makes use of a bathroom with a bath, basin and a toilet. For convenience, linen and bath towels are provided, and guests please need to bring their own beach towels. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, a washing machine, as well as tea-and-coffee-making facilities, and meals can be enjoyed at the dining table. The living room opens onto a stoep with a firepit that overlooks the Walker Bay's ocean and mountains. The suite also has a covered courtyard with braai facilities. There is parking right in front of the unit in front of the entrance. This unit has free WiFi and full DStv.

The fourth room, is furnished with 2 single beds; the 3 rooms share the use of a bathroom with a bath, a shower, basin, and a toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove and oven, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, as well as tea-and-coffee-making facilities, and meals can be enjoyed at the dining table. A dishwasher and a washing machine, are also available for use in the washing room. The lounge has a cosy fireplace, and opens onto a balcony with a covered braai, and dining table and overlooks the Walker Bay. There is a private and separate sitting area. This unit has parking in front of the entrance. There are free WiFi and full DStv.
