Description
The Sunset Deck is a lovely self-catering guest apartment located on a residential property, but completely private from the main residence with its own separate entrance. This exclusive use self-catering apartment is set in a cul-de-sac in the lovely suburb of Llandudno, which boasts some of South Africa’s most beautiful beaches.
The self-contained apartment can accommodate up to 2 guests, and contains a bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette and TV lounge. The bedroom contains a queen-size bed and a flat-screen TV connected to satellite for a wide range of local and international news channels, plus Showmax. The en-suite bathroom contains a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. Leading off the bedroom area is a kitchenette that is well-equipped for self-catering with a double hot-plate, kettle, toaster, microwave, and a fridge.
Guests will have exclusive use of a timber deck a few metres from the bedroom, which overlooks the mountains and the beach, and a TV lounge which is accessed from the deck. The TV lounge has a selection of books of general interest, a selection of vinyl records and a turntable, and a Hi-Fi unit that can play music from your phone. A gas braai is available for guests to use on the deck.
Guests are welcome to make use of the swimming pool, which is shared with your hosts and their friends. Secure on street parking is available.
