Sunset Villa is situated in the Western Coast village of Yzerfontein and offers quality and comfortable accommodation, ideally suited for a family looking for a peaceful holiday. The units are located close to all amenities and a stone's throw from the beach. (Please look at the map)

Sunset Villa is situated on the top and bottom level of the house and comprises 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. The villa can accommodate up to 8 persons at a time. Its built as an L-Shaped, North facing structure and centres around the pool and courtyard. There are stunning views of the ocean from the barbecue room and wrap-around wooden deck. Deck lounge style furniture allows you to relax and enjoy the view.

The Studio Apartment is our brandnew addition and is situated on the bottom level of the house. It's an open-plan unit with a bathroom, kitchen and lounge area. It has its own private entrance and courtyard with small braai and a waterfeature to provide even more privacy. The apartment can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children aged 12 and under.

These 2 units can be booked separately or can be booked together.

Other facilities available to guests staying at the Sunset Villa Main House include a barbecue area, hot tub next to the pool and parking for 3 cars. Across the road is public parking, a Coffee shop and a Hair/Beauty salon (contact cards provided).
Cleaning services can be arranged on request and are paid for by guests.

Pets are not allowed and the accommodation does not accept student groups, corporate-, bachelor-, bachelorette parties or fishing groups as the accommodation is only suitable for families, friends or couples.
