Description
The Red Door is a modern container house situated on one of the highest points in Pringle Bay, an area best known for its hiking trails, scenic routes, beaches, and iconic attractions in the Kogelberg Nature Reserve. The Kol Kol hot tub on the one deck is a welcome plus point to this house and a sanctuary away from city life.
This self-catering unit is suited to accommodate 7 guests and comes equipped with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Bedroom 1 features a double bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, and toilet. Bedroom 2 features a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a toilet. Bedroom 3 features a bunk bed for children, and a single bed is available in the loft and these rooms share a bathroom fitted with a shower and a toilet. A hot outdoor shower is also available to rinse off after a visit to the beach.
Other in-room facilities include a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, dining area, lounge area, fireplace, tea- and coffee-making facilities, and Wi-Fi. This unit also comes equipped with its own private entrance and a deck that offers beautiful views of the river, garden, and ocean. The house is pet friendly for small animals.
On-site facilities include a gas braai area and a hot tub on the one deck. Electricity of R200 will be provided on the prepaid meter at start of tenancy and the same amount must be left on departure.
