House Rules
1) Check-in time is 14:00
2) Check-out time is at 10:00
3) In the interest of security, please lock the doors as you leave as well as the black gate at the entrance of the premises.
4) Please switch off all the lights when you are on your way out.
5) Please remember that Swartberg Cottages facilities are for paying guests only. Unfortunately, no visitors are allowed.
6) Swartberg Cottages rooms is a strictly non-smoking zone. Please smoke outside and make use of the ashtrays that are provided to you. Please no cigarette buds in our plants, or anywhere else than the ashtrays.
7) Please consider fellow guests and neighbours and keep the noise levels down.
8) Swartberg Cottages can provide free Wi-Fi please select your Wi-Fi token from one of the Swartberg Cottages team members.
9) To conserve resources, we do not offer clean towels daily, but rather on guest request. Please send a Whatsapp to request clean towels.
10) Please look out for our dogs when entering the premises.
11) On your arrival you will be given a set of keys with a remote for the main gate please close the gate behind you.
12) Please make sure that the dogs are inside the yard when closing the gate.
13) Please remember to leave the keys in the green post box provided for inside the premises against the wall. Stop your vehicle outside of the gate walk in push the remote to close the gate put the keys in the post box and quickly walk out.
14) Please take note that we use a septic tank that gets blocked with foreign items which are not "toilet friendly". Separate small bags have been provided in the bathrooms and use the dustbin provided in the bathrooms.
15) Enter the premises and park your vehicle at your own risk.
