Description
This studio consists of a bedroom with 2 single beds and a desk. Off the bedroom is an en suite bathroom with a shower toilet and basin. The room has a small fridge and microwave in it. Attached to the bedroom is an outside but under roof kitchen area with a sink and kitchen cupboards. All the basic kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery are provided as well as a kettle, toaster and 2 plate stove. The area is not large but is comfortable. Under cover parking behind garage doors is provided.

There is a dedicated undercover parking spot behind garage doors for the unit. The communal outside patio can be used for relaxing. Uncapped fibre WiFi is provided.
