House Rules
We regret no children under the age of 4. Children aged between 4 and 12 pay 50% of the sharing rate. Children aged between 13 and 18 pay 100% of the sharing rate. Strictly no smoking in any rooms only on veranda. No pets allowed. As at 1st December 2015 it is now a legal requirement to collect the following information and documents from guests when they check in at any estabishment: 1. Copy of guests ID or passport which should contain a photograph of the guest. South Africans could present either an ID or drivers license 2. Full name and surname of guest/s together with their residential address and residential status in South Africa.
Cancellation Policy - Custom
Cancellation 0 - 7 days before date of arrival or no show, 100% of booking value forfeited;
8 - 14 days 50% of booking value forfeited.
