Description
Tergniet Beach Villa is a beautifully appointed triple storey self-catering villa, situated in the quaint seaside village of Tergniet, between Mossel Bay and George. This is the ideal getaway for a family or group of friends looking for quality accommodation, away from city life but close to an array of activities.
The accommodation is suitable for 12 guests and features 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. Located on the top level are 3 bedrooms, each opening onto a shared sea-facing balcony with a seating area. The first bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, the second and third bedrooms contain a queen-size bed, while the fourth and fifth have a king-size bed. The sixth bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom fitted with either a bath or a shower. The entrance level features a bedroom opening onto the garden-facing balcony with a built-in braai whilst the 2 remaining bedrooms are on the ground floor level. There is an additional guest bathroom fitted with a shower.
The house features 2 kitchens, each equipped with a fridge, stove, oven and microwave. There is a separate scullery with a washing machine, dishwasher and tumble-dryer. The main lounge and dining room both have sliding doors leading out onto the verandah with a built-in braai, and Jacuzzi. A second built-in braai and pizza oven can be found on the ground level outside the villa, with views of the landscaped gardens. Guests are encouraged to enjoy the sunset around the fire and soak up endless sea views from the Jacuzzi.
Other amenities include uncapped Wi-Fi, a smart TV with a full selection of DStv channels, and secure parking behind gates. The property is fully enclosed. There is an alarm with an armed response as well as solar panels.
Located in the lovely Garden Route and displaying spectacular views of the outstretched beachfront, the pleasant seaside village of Tergniet is a wonderful area from which to enjoy a holiday with loved ones. Nearby activities include fishing, swimming, an outdoor market at Hart en Bosch Village, bird watching, zip-lining, hiking and mountain biking at Klipheuwel Trailpark.
