Terrapin Studio is a stylish, contemporary designed studio set in the African bush of Marloth Park, a unique wildlife conservancy bordering Kruger National Park at the Crocodile River The house is solar-powered, independent of load-shedding power interruptions, and is tucked away in a beautiful private corner. It’s a prime, private location where you will enjoy the views of the bush from every room.

Designed as a couple's hideaway, the unit offers a spacious bedroom containing a king-size bed, air-conditioning, a remote-operated ceiling fan, and en-suite bathroom fitted with a large walk-in shower. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering and contains a gas stovetop, fridge-freezer, and cutlery and crockery. The lounge area has a comfy couch and large sliding glass doors and windows, all fitted with security screens. Free Wi-Fi access is provided.

Opening from the living area and from the bedroom is an elevated patio area. It offers morning sun, midday and afternoon shade, and has a sheltered walkway leading to a reservoir-style private pool with fabulous bush views over a well-used game trail. Also on the patio is a built-in, sheltered braai, twin poolside reclining loungers, and a cafe table for 2 with folding alloy chairs.

Nothing is shared, including the bush views. You see no other structures or people; it’s just you and the bush and the wildlife.
