Description
The Bay House is a beautifully and modernly designed beachfront house with a gate leading directly to the beach. It is perched high up in Kommetjie and is the ideal holiday home for a large group of family or friends. Guests can enjoy a leisurely walk along the beachfront in front of the property.
This house has a sleeping capacity of 12 guests and comprises 6 tastefully furnished bedrooms, with 5 bathrooms. The main and second bedrooms are each furnished with a king-size bed and have en-suite bathrooms fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. The third bedroom has twin beds and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. The fourth bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and has an en-suite fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. The fifth and sixth bedrooms are each furnished with a queen-size bed and share the use of a bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. Crisp linen and towels are provided.
The house is equipped with a chef's kitchen for those wishing to have their lunches or dinners catered. The main kitchen for everyday use is well equipped with a fridge-freezer, a gas hob, a built-in oven, a microwave, cutlery, crockery, and a lovely coffee machine. In addition, there’s also a dishwasher for guests’ convenience. It boasts 2 dining rooms and 2 lounges which ensure there is ample space for everyone to relax. The open-plan living areas provided guests with stunning views over the Atlantic Ocean and onto the back of Table Mountain. The house also has a private gym area. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
The stacking doors lead out to the patio with an outdoor sparkling blue 10 m swimming pool, patio furniture, gas and wooded braai facilities, and a pizza oven. An outdoor dining table can be enjoyed for those beautiful summer days when having a braai alongside the pool. The most recent addition to the property is the stunning sunset deck which ensures you have a 360-degree view over the bay.
