Description

The Beach House is a modern, spacious beach house located on the main beach in Betty's Bay, 120 m from the main watermark. There are no houses or roads that obstruct the beautiful view. Betty's Bay is known for its calm atmosphere with diverse outdoor activities.

The house comprises 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There are 2 fully equipped kitchens, 2 living areas, a cosy bar and a spacious open-plan dining area. The fireplace provides a warm social space during the winter and guests can even have a braai indoors. There are 2 verandahs that provide breathtaking views of the beach as well as Kogelberg.

The main bedroom has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. The second bedroom has a double bed and also has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin. The third and fourth bedrooms each have a double bed and the last bedroom has 2 single beds. These 3 bedrooms share the third bathroom fitted with a shower, bath, toilet and basin.

The kitchens are equipped with a stove and oven, a fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee- and tea-making facilities crockery and cutlery. There is ample dining space where guests can enjoy their meals together.

Guests are afforded secure parking on the premises during their stay.

Betty's Bay is a picturesque seaside village positioned in a narrow strip of land sandwiched between the Kogelberg Mountains and the Atlantic Ocean, bordered by freshwater lakes and the Palmiet River. Betty's Bay has some wonderful beaches to explore. Silver Sands and Hangklip dunes lie to the west of Stony Point offering a beach of over 4 km and great kite-surfing conditions. The beach is also good for picnics, swimming and surfing.
