Description

The Blyde House is a charming self-catering unit situated in a beautiful conservancy nestled on the banks of the Blyde River and it is located 28 km from the town of Hoedspruit. This premier holiday destination is an ideal getaway for animal lovers and offers some of the best Big Five game viewing in the country.

Accommodation is offered in 3 tastefully furnished bedrooms. All the rooms have an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and shower. The first bedroom comprises a Queen-size bed & Double bed, and the second and third bedroom a King-size bed. The rooms also feature a ceiling fan, safe, tea- and coffee-making facilities, free Wi-Fi, and access to a patio. Guests are welcome to cool down in the swimming pool set in a leafy, natural garden.

Attractions and activities in the area include various animal sanctuaries, game reserves, Hoedspruit Endangered Species Centre, cruising along the Blyderivierpoort Dam, hot air ballooning, game drives, horse riding, and mountain biking. We are a 40-minute drive from the Open Gate of the Kruger National Park, and a 5-minute drive from the Swadini entrance of the Blyde River Canyon.
