Description
The Bush Hut is situated in the Hoedspruit Wild Estate and offers private, self-catering accommodation in the heart of the bushveld.
The house can accommodate up to 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The first bedroom comprises a king-size bed that can be converted into 2 single beds and the second bedroom comprises 2 single beds. The bathroom is fitted with a corner bath and there is an outdoor shower. Complimentary toiletries and toilet paper are provided on arrival. Both bedrooms have fans and the main bedroom has air-conditioning.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, fridge-freezer, microwave, cutlery and crockery. The lounge has comfy seating, a TV, air-conditioning as well as uncapped WiFi.
There are rechargeable globes and solar lights in place if Eskom exercises load shedding. There is also have a gas hob available. Rechargeable fans upstairs and downstairs will keep guests cool during load shedding. There is also a UPS specifically for the Wi-Fi as well as a power trolley with 2 plug points and 2 USB ports to keep the TV and fridge or fan working during load shedding.
The unit opens up onto a verandah equipped with an outdoor dining set and a built-in braai. There is a plunge pool and a boma where guests can gather around the fire pit. Secure parking is provided for guests.
Guests can enjoy the sight of impala, duiker, zebra, giraffe and the occasional kudu and warthog to name but a few that roam the area, also round the house. On the estate, guests can go for a run, a walk, a game drive or hire a bicycle and explore the estate at your leisure.
It is the perfect location from which to plan day trips to the Kruger National Park, Blyde River Canyon the biggest green Canyon in the world and the many other attractions Hoedspruit has to offer. Proximity to restaurants and shops are very conveniently located.
