Nice area, alright room and not worth price.

The area is awesome, the food is amazing, the customer service is also on par but not amazing from an arrival perspective. Felt we had to check in as we were late although we were 1 hour early for the latest check-in time of 5PM. The room is all in one, which is a put-off when you have a bathroom with toilet in same room as the bed and shower etc - this can be a bother. No aircon but a fan. The food, I will mention again, and the customer service next morning, and area, is great otherwise. I will not say it is worth 2k per evening though.

It was great the stay.

However the front desk lady was literally physically chasing us out of the room on the of check out only because we were a few minutes late. She was handling our personal belongings and throwing them into our bags. Completely rude and unprofessional. She even told house keeping to start cleaning whilst we were closing our bags and checking if we had not left any belongings behind. Horrific experience and then she still insisted we give her our food voucher for the headache we caused her. We were flabbergasted.
