Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
-Accommodation to be paid in full to confirm booking, strict cancellation policy applies;
-SA identity book/license/passport must be presented with check-in.
-Check-in is at 14h00 - 17h00 and check-out at 10h00 respectively. A fee will be charged for late checkout
-Room 1-4 is based on the stoep outside.
-Room 4a and b are based on the ground floor inside the guest house.
-Room 5-8 is based upstairs on the 1st floor. Approximately 20 steps need to be accessed for these rooms.
-A refundable key deposit is payable with check-in. This deposit will be refunded after room check and check out.
-Should early check out be required please call and arrange with the duty manager.
-Fees are charged per person. Additional guests will be charged.
-Tea/coffee trays are available in each room.
-Tap water is safe to drink.
-Mini-fridge is available in the unit.
-Guests are to supply their own swimming and beach towels.
-Breakfast is served from 07h00 to 8h30 in the dining room and is a chargeable service to be arranged with the duty manager.
-Rooms are serviced daily strictly between 10h00 – 12h00.
-Please note that Sunday/Public Holidays rooms are not serviced, and services are limited.
-Recreational facilities such as swimming pool and braai area are available for your convenience and are used at own risk.
-A self-catering braai facility and bar is available to all guests. The necessary cutlery will be provided. Please ensure to bring all your own ingredients.
-Alcohol is not sold at our facility and not permitted at the patio, lounges or dining hall. Guests are welcome to make use of the bar area and store their liquor here. Please note that the bar facility closes at 22h00.
-An additional cleaning fee/levy will be billed to your room for each wash-up and cleaning service that staff need to carry out at braai facility or bar.
-A laundry service is available at an additional charge.
-Ensure that all valuables including jewellery, cash, laptops etc are stored safely. A safe is available for your convenience.
-Ensure that vehicles are locked at all times and no valuables are left inside the vehicle.
-Each room is allocated 1 parking space for your car during your stay. Please make the necessary arrangements should extra parking be required for trailers and boat.
-Call-a-Cab Taxi service is reliable, safe and available 24 hours at competitive tariffs.
-Simply Delivery is available for delivery of any goods/food/liquor required at a minimal fee.
-The perimeter beams and alarm are activated at 22h00 for the safety of all guests. Please enquire about safe areas. Should access be required after this time, please advise timeously. Access is in no way restricted to the guest house after this hour.
-Right of admission is reserved. The Crayzee Fish Guest House reserves the right to request any guest to leave at any time without refund should guests not adhere to the rules
