Description

The Dunes 104 is a self-catering townhouse located in Keurboomstrand, an area known as the Dolphin’s playground; conveniently situated short drive from the jewel of the Garden Route, Plettenberg Bay.

This duplex is able to accommodate 4 adults with 2 children and comprises 2 bedrooms upstairs, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The main bedroom contains a king-size bed, while the second bedroom has 2 single beds. The bedrooms share the use of a bathroom fitted with a bath, toilet and basin. There is also a guest toilet fitted with a basin and shower on the ground floor. A sleeper couch is provided in the living area, ideal for 2 children to share.

The kitchen features granite countertops as well as built-in cupboards and is equipped with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, washing machine and microwave. The unit offers a flat-screen TV with selected DStv channels, and free Wi-Fi also available.

Outside there is a covered braai area, a covered parking area and a private garden.
