Description

The Dunes 112 is a townhouse in Keurboomstrand, Plettenberg Bay. The unit is part of The Dunes Resort and has private access to one of the most beautiful Blue Flag beaches of the Garden Route.

This duplex comprises 2 bedrooms that are situated on the upper level. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed where the other bedroom has 2 single beds. Both bedrooms share a bathroom fitted with a bath, washbasin and a toilet with sky-light windows.

The ground floor comprises an open-plan living area. The lounge is furnished with a sleeper couch that is suitable for 2 children, and extra seating as well as a TV with Open View channels. The lounge opens up to a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, crockery and cutlery as well as a dining table. There is a second bathroom on the ground floor with a shower, washbasin and a toilet.

Outside, there is an undercover braai area with an enclosed garden. The resort has a communal swimming pool and a play area for the children.
