Welcoming and fit for a short or longer stay.

A very good (welvoorzien) place, very well provided kitchen, living room, very clean and safe. Five minutes from the centre in a quick leafy neighbourhood.

Comfortable, enjoyable stay.

We spent a lovely few days in Hout Bay at The Gate House. It was very peaceful and comfortable. The decor is tasteful and it is a clean, new build. There were a couple of hiccups with the gate, which was quickly remedied, and I would suggest a bit more crockery. The upstairs showers flood if not watched, but Frankie is well aware of this and is planning to remedy the situation. Frankie was a super host; very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.

It was peaceful, beautiful and tranquil.

The hosts were so kind and helpful. When we arrived, the house was clean and neat, there were so many appliances that we could make use of such as a dishwasher and washing machine, we had access to their WiFi and Netflix account. By far the best home! I will definitely be returning!

Stylvol in alle besonderhede!

Pragtige akkommodasie wat stylvol versier is binne en buite! Frankie is ‘n baie vriendelike gasheer met net een uitdaging - hy is Iers en verstaan nie Afrikaans! Ons is met heerlike items in die yskas bederf en het ons verblyf baie geniet! Ons sal graag weer hier wil bly!

Beautiful accommodation that is stylishly decorated inside and out! Frankie is a very friendly host with only one challenge - he is Irish and does not understand Afrikaans! We were spoiled with delicious items in the fridge and really enjoyed our stay! We would love to stay here again!
