Interesting and exciting place to stay! Definitely recommend for any special occasions or events. I would definitely choose to stay here above anywhere else in Joburg. Gina is an excellent host and absolutely goes out of her way to make you feel right at home. She makes an amazing breakfast spread so you have to stay here because you won't find a better breakfast anywhere in Johannesburg. The garden is quiet and has large trees offering a lot of shade. You can lookout over the Johannesburg skyline at night and even get your morning workout doing the terrace steps. The house is beautiful set high in upper Houghton Johannesburg and easy access to Sandton Melville etc. There's a Thai spa just down the road that is also recommended. Grant road nearby hosts many restaurants and is close by too.

Exceeded all expectations.

What a gem of a place! We were overwhelmed by the hospitality, decor, comfort and style of the place. Our accommodation turned a weekend getaway into a truly special experience. Highly recommended. We will be sure to make this our destination of choice when we are next in the area.
