The Hayloft offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in the downstairs wing of a Victorian conversion in the Alpine village of Barkly East, 75 km from the pristine ski slopes of Tiffendell.
The tastefully decorated downstairs wing comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 with a queen-size bed and the other with 2 single beds. The open-plan living areas are north facing, allowing for natural sun light during the day, and keeping the house cosy and warm in the snowy winter months. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, an oven and stove, and a microwave, and the living area comprises a dining table and chairs, and a lounge area. Guests have access to ample off-street parking.
Barkly East is a bird lover’s paradise, and is a popular destination for trout fisherman. There are many scenic day drives in the area for guests to enjoy. Sporting activities in the surrounding area include the Rhodes Run and the Wartrail Triathlon. Rhodes Village is approximately 60 km from Barkly East.
