The Icon Luxury Apartments are located in the secure Icon building in Cape Town and are conveniently located close to the CTICC, the V&A Waterfront, Bree Street and Long Street. There is a MyCiTi bus stop nearby offering easy access to beaches and other parts of Cape Town.

Accommodation is offered in three 1-bedroom apartments that can each accommodate up to 2 guests. The spacious bedroom contains a king-size bed, bedside tables and lamps, a built-in cupboard, and a standing fan for the hot summer months. The bathroom is accessed from the bedroom and from the hallway for ease of access, and will either have a bath or a shower, a toilet and a washbasin.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and is fitted with a hob and oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, washing machine, pots and pans, and cutlery and crockery. There is a 2-seater dining table and chairs. The air-conditioned lounge features a large couch, a separate chair and coffee table, and a 34-inch Smart flat-screen TV connected to Netflix. Fast unlimited Wi-Fi is available. The living area opens to a Juliette balcony from which you can enjoy the view.
