Claptons Beach The Jackalope 42 is a lovely duplex unit located in a complex in Clapton Beach, Marina Martinique, Jeffreys bay.
This double-story apartment has a sleeping capacity for 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a guest toilet, as well as a living and kitchen area. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed while the second bedroom has a tri-bunk bed. The third bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed. Guests have access to the shared bathroom that is fitted with a shower, a basin, and a toilet as well as a separate toilet. All linen and towels are provided.
The living room is open plan to the kitchen and has comfy couches with a TV that offers access to Youtube and Netflix. Guests can bring their own DStv decoder and slim card. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, fridge-freezer, basic cutlery and crockery as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. In addition, there’s a washing machine, breakfast island as well as a 6-seater dining table with chairs.
This area expands onto the patio that overlooks the green garden and offers braai facilities. Safe parking is available for 1 vehicle per unit. Guests have access to the communal swimming pool in the complex and the canal that leads to the back of Marina Martinique. A remote-controlled gate in front of the complex leads to the beach. Guests can bring their own pedal boat, ski, or kayak or can hire a pedal boat to row in the 7 km long canal.
This property is a lovely fishing spot and is within close proximity to various restaurants.
