The Nook offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a lovely thatched home, situated within walking distance to the centre of Hermanus. This seafront villa dates back to 1928 and is ideal for large family gatherings. The property boasts direct access to an exclusive semi-private tidal pool shared with only 3 other properties.

The house comprises 6 bedrooms and can accommodate 10 adults and 2 children. The main bedroom contains a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower. This room has a sea view.

The second and third bedrooms are in the west wing of the house. The second bedroom contains a king-size bed and the third bedroom has an extended king-size bed. Both bedrooms offer sea views and have doors leading to a sea-facing verandah. These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with a bath and shower.

The fourth, fifth and sixth bedrooms are in the north wing of the house. The fourth bedroom contains a queen-size bed and a separate bathroom with a shower. The fifth bedroom contains a king-size bed or 2 single beds and a separate bathroom with a shower. These 2 rooms have garden and mountain views. The sixth bedroom has 2 single beds and en-suite bathroom with a bath.

The house comprises an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area, and an upstairs TV lounge and bar, as well as a large, covered outdoor entertaining area with sea views. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering with a fridge, oven and stove, microwave, kettle, and a toaster, as well as a dishwasher and basic cleaning materials for convenience. There is a laundry with a washing machine and tumble-dryer.

In addition, the house features a TV with selected DStv channels, Wi-Fi, a DVD player, a CD player, a radio, a piano, a fireplace, books, games, basic toiletries, an outdoor seating area with sea views, outdoor dining, a braai area, a large garden with mountain views, and parking for guests.
