The Overlook is conveniently situated in the centre of the town of Keimoes on the hilltop, and offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in 3 thatched chalets and a family unit with lovely views of the vineyards of the Orange River Valley, and the Kalahari Desert in the distance.

Accommodation comprises 4 units and can accommodate 12 guests, each open-plan chalet can accommodate 2 guests, and comprises a kitchenette, an en-suite shower, and a verandah. Each chalet is equipped with air-conditioning, and a TV with selected DStv channels. The family unit features 2 bedrooms fitted with a double bed, 3 single beds and a kitchenette.

Parking is available in a securely enclosed yard at the chalet. Guests can enjoy the swimming pool with a swim-up bar and deck, partially enclosed by a thatched lapa. Drinks are not served, but guests are welcome to bring their own. A shaded braai area is situated close to the chalets.

Your hosts are Eric, a native New Yorker, and his wife Anna, a South African. Eric was raised in an Indonesian kitchen and is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. Dining at The Overlook offers an unforgettable experience. Breakfast is available at any time, and arrangements for lunch or dinner can be made at least 24 hours in advance. The chalets are equipped with kitchenettes, should guests prefer to cater for themselves.
