I only had one problem on Sunday when I wanted to show my son the pool area, there were dogs that didn't like us being around, and I asked the lady if we could pass to go to the pool area because her dogs kept on running towards us as I tried getting out of the car and she refused. We had a guest with her small dogs that weekend until Tuesday seeing we are a pet-friendly guesthouse.

We were 2 on duty, both a blonde lady and a blonde gentleman. We serviced the flats as the people checked out as well as helped the people remove their function goods.

We do not recall once a request nor see a phone call on either of the 2 numbers, noted on the 30cm x 25cm Rules & Info board at the flat front doors, to ask the other guest to take her dogs back to her flat courtyard and neither does the gentlemen on duty. We however saw the dogs running for half an hour in the garden area with her husband overseeing them.

I do appologize on their behalf and regret that you did not bring it to our attention seeing it could have been resolved immediately without making a note of it on a review platform. We would have loved to resolve it if it was just communicated to both of us on duty that morning moving between flats or even then a phone call to either one of us.

We tried calling the venue informing them that we were running late but the calls didn't get through. Twanette was phoned twice after booking you in that tells me that she must have introduced herself and gave you her direct number. The cleaner on the other hand did state that she did not introduce herself but referred you to Twanette. There is always people on the premises 24 hours because the owner resides on the premises. Sorry for your inconvenience. We did address the situation.

Skoon en netjiese verblyf.

Daar was 'n troue aan tydens ons verblyf wat dit effens raserig gemaak het, maar die gaste het 10 uur huis toe gegaan, soos beloof deur die eienares. Het lekker geslaap.
