Price Includes

Rates displayed are on a self-catering basis and includes:
- Housekeeper (Monday - Friday 8 am- 4.30 pm and Saturday/Sunday 8 am - 1 pm, except for Public Holidays.)

Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the establishment.

House Rules

You are required to take your own bath and beach towels. All other linen is provided.
There is no TV, however, there is a satellite dish so you are more than welcome to take or hire a TV and a decoder.
The arrival and departure times vary between long term and weekend bookings and will be confirmed with your enquiry.

Terms and Conditions:
In essence, the property caters for family holidays, therefore the owner has sole discretion for all adult parties, be it couples/male/female/students and or teenagers. Please indicate how your party is made up when applying as an all adult party.

1. Only the amount of people booked as per your booking form will be allowed on the property.  Overcrowding will not be permitted.
2. If you exceed the number of people allowed, legal action will be taken against you and will result in immediate eviction with no refund.
3. Visitors allowed in moderation - if excessive and every day your refundable breakage deposit will be withheld.
4.  Under no circumstances, do the hosts allow any social event to happen on the property, unless by mutual agreement and without written consent.  This includes but not exclusive to, birthday parties, bachelor or hens parties, wedding reception.
5. The property is located in a residential area hence tenants agree to abide and behave in a reasonable, quiet manner. No excessive loud music, noise kept to a reasonable level and quite by 11 p.m.
6. The property is underwater restrictions. No water pipes or hoses are allowed to wash cars etc. Water supply and pressure is out of the host's control and is controlled by UGU.
7. No Slaughtering of live animals on the property is allowed.
8. No pets allowed, regardless of size, or how well trained they are.
9. No items, including kitchen utensils belonging to the property, are to be removed from the property.
10. The owner is in no way liable to the tenant or his/her family/visitors for any personal injury sustained whilst occupying the house.
11. The owner is in no way liable to the tenant or his/her family/visitors for any loss/damage of personal belongings and or vehicles which may occur while the tenant occupies the house.
12.  Failure to comply with the above will result in immediate eviction with no refund. The home is a self-catering, which means that the following supplies are for your account, toilet paper, bath soap, dish liquid, bin bags, washing powder etc. There is no TV.
