Alles was regtig baie goed, maar as in ag geneem word dat die kamers regtig klein is, en die badkamergeriewe in die gang is, dan is 500 pp/nag nogal duur, vergeleke met ander plekke. Die ontvangs ens was egter baie goed en gaaf.

Nie tevrede nie.

Op die advertensie is daar gesê en suite-badkamer - wat nie die geval was nie. Badkamer was geleë in die gang. Eienaar/bestuurder van die gastehuis het ons die aand wat ons gas (ons het iemand se akkommodasie geborg) ingeboek het ons die aand 9 uur gebel en gesê die volledige bedrag vir die verblyf is nie betaal nie - dit was egter reeds alles betaal. Dit was uiters onprofessioneel. Die laaste paar aande wat ons gas daar moes oorslaap was die bestuur nie daar nie. Gevolglik was die gas baie bang. Dit was nie 'n aangename ervaring nie.

The advertisement mentioned an en-suite bathroom - not the case. Bathroom is in the corridor. Owner/manager of guesthouse called us 21:00 on the day our guest (we sponsored someone's accommodation) and told us the full amount wansn't paid - but it was paid. Very unprofessional. On the last few nights our guest stayed there the manager was no where in sight. So the guest didn't feel safe. Unpleasant experience.

The bedroom which was booked was the twin bedroom, not en-suite which is clearly seen on The Rest Guesthouse advert.
The Booking Confirmation details received from Travelground stated that an amount was still payable by the guest on arrival.Our call was to clarify the situation.
