The Sanctuary offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a tastefully furnished, 4-bedroom holiday home situated in Arniston. This light and airy holiday home features a relaxed, open-plan living and dining area with built-in braai facilities and a bar. The property is located 1.4 km from Roman Beach.

The house comprises 4 bedrooms and can accommodate 8 guests in total. There are 2 bedrooms with a queen-size bed in each and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. All 3 bedrooms lead off the living area. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, basin and toilet, and the second and third bedrooms share a bathroom with a bath and hand-held shower, a basin and toilet. The fourth bedroom is outside, just off the carport and has 2 single beds and its own bathroom with a shower, basin and toilet.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, an oven and stove, a microwave, a coffee plunger, and a coffee machine, as well as a dishwasher, tumble dryer and washing machine for guests convenience. The lounge is equipped with an indoor braai and a Smart TV. Guests can access their own DStv or Netflix accounts through Wi-Fi.

Linen and bath towels are provided, and the house has an alarm system and security beams for safety. Guests have access to a fully enclosed garden with a car port and additional parking on the property behind gates.
