Description
The Starling is a double-storey self-catering house located in the tranquil Shelley Point Golf Estate in the quiet peaceful surroundings of the well-known fishing village of St Helena Bay. The estate is surrounded by 3 beaches namely Stompneusbaai, Shelley Beach and the popular Britannia beach. The house is ideal for a family wanting to get away for a break or a group of friends wanting to have a getaway.
The house can accommodate up to 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a guest toilet, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area.
Upstairs, you will find the main bedroom, 1 bathroom, and the kitchen, dining and living area. The main bedroom contains a queen-size bed, a TV, and an open-plan en suite with a bath and a shower and twin washbasins. This room has cascading stacker doors opening to a private balcony. An office area leads off the main bedroom. The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering with a fridge-freezer, stove and oven, microwave, and a scullery fitted with a washing machine. The lounge contains comfortable seating, a TV and an indoor gas fireplace. Wi-Fi is available. The dining area contains an 8-seater dining table and has cascading stacker doors that open on 2 sides to balconies. On one of the balconies is an undercover built-in braai.
Downstairs, there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds, and the third bedroom contains a queen-size bed. These 2 rooms share a full bathroom with a bath and a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. The fourth bedroom contains a queen-size bed and a shower en suite with a toilet and washbasin.
A double garage is available, with an entrance from the main house and the street.
