The Sugarbush is situated against Elsie's Peak, overlooking the Fish Hoek Valley on Cape Town's southern peninsula. The studio cottage is ideal for travellers looking for a comfortable base to explore the deep south, such as Cape Point, Simons Town, Kommetjie, Noordhoek, and Kalk Bay.
The open-plan studio cottage is furnished with a queen-size bed and offers an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, a toilet, and a basin.
The kitchenette is well equipped for self-catering and contains a gas stove, an oven, a bar fridge, a toaster, a kettle, cutlery, and crockery. In addition, there is a breakfast nook perfect for 2 guests to enjoy a delicious meal together. Leading through the sliding door from the lounge is a lovely balcony, which is a cosy sun trap in the morning and a shaded area to enjoy a sundown in the afternoon. The Sugarbush has breathtaking views of the mountains.
Fish Hoek is renowned for its friendly hospitality, proximity to all sorts of tourist attractions and activities, and boasts one of the best swimming and snorkelling beaches in the Cape. Guests can stroll along Jager’s Walk and observe the whales in the bay during the whale season. Fish Hoek also has a number of charming little shops and cafés to discover, and there are numerous mountain walks right on your doorstep.
