The Sunset Beach House is situated on Beach Road Strand, and offers 4 fully self-catering and well appointed ground floor apartments. The location is ideal, being on Beach Road. A mere 30 metre walk across the road and onto the beach! Walking distance to Somerset Mall, Strand Golf Club, Paardevlei and of course miles and miles of white sand safe swimming beach.

Accommodation at the property comprises 4 self-catering units, which can accommodate 4 persons each. The two double apartments consist of spacious 2 bedroom apartments, with an open plan kitchenette, lounge/dining area. The kitchenettes are stocked with all the utensils and cutlery that one would need for a short or long stay. The appliances consist of oven, 4 plate hob, fridge and microwave.

The third double apartment is slightly smaller, and has a double bed and 2 single beds. Ideal for a family with children. The forth apartment can sleep 4 people, but on a double bed and double bunk bed. All apartments also come equipped with Wi-Fi, flat screen TVs and streaming services like ShowMax, Netflix and YouTube.

The property offers off-and on-street parking for vehicles. The Sunset Beach House is also within close proximity to Water World, Somerset Mall, and a quick drive to the various wine estates in Somerset West.
