Extra Fees

Bring a grid for barbeque and cleaning materials.
A levy fee per night is payable if the number of guests exceeds the initial number.
Dishes should be clean and dry and packed away on departure, or an additional fee will be deducted from your key deposit.
No refund will be given should you decide to leave earlier than the departure date.
Keys will not be given until the full rental amount has been settled.
