The Birdsong offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a 2-bedroom upper-floor unit and a 1-bedroom ground-floor unit situated in a double storey home. The property is located in the peaceful and upmarket area of Mountainside in Gordon’s Bay.

Birdsong is situated on the ground floor and comprises 1 bedroom with an en-suite shower room, and a tastefully furnished open-plan kitchen, living and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, an oven and stove, and a microwave, and features a breakfast bar, and the lounge is equipped with a TV. Guests have access to braai facilities. The garden offers beautiful views of the bay, and guests have access to 24-hour armed response for security. A remote-control gate allows guests to access the property, and secure parking is provided.

The covered patio provides the ideal place to relax, even if the infamous local winds are blowing. The upstairs unit offers lovely views of the Hottentots Holland mountains and False Bay from every room. The location is ideal for those wishing to explore lovely wine farms and restaurants in the surrounding area.

The owners reside in the apartment on the upper-floor which is not occupied by guests. The property has an inverter in the case of load shedding.
