House Rules
1. Only 2 day-visitors are allowed to visit short-term guests concurrently. Visitors are not permitted after 21:00.
2. Noise regulations must be observed; no loud music and no slamming of doors.
3. No braaiing will be allowed in any part of the building.
4. No trucks, caravans, trailers, boats or other heavy vehicles may be parked in the building without the prior written consent of the Trustees.
5. Guests may not hang laundry/wetsuits/towels on patios/over hand railings.
6. Smoking is not permitted in building or its common areas.
7. Guests may not make use of the surfboard nor bicycle racks.
9. Guests are not permitted pets.
10. Guests are required to use their allocated parking bay only (to avoid being clamped and paying a fine).
